Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Workflo's website and workspace application (together, the "Service"), operated by Workflo ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscription plans and billing

Workflo offers a free Basic plan and paid subscription plans (currently the Team plan and Enterprise plans) described on our Pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

Automatic renewal: paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal at the then-current price, plus applicable taxes.
Cancellation: you may cancel automatic renewal at any time from your organization's billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date, and no further charges will be made.
Price changes: we may change subscription prices from time to time. We will give you advance notice before a price change takes effect on your next renewal, and you may cancel before then if you do not agree.
Refunds: fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at info@workflo.com.
Failed payments: if a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds or your plan is downgraded.
Plan limits: each plan includes specific limits on storage, custom fields, and other features, as described on our Pricing page. We will notify you if you are approaching a limit on your current plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; infringe another party's intellectual property or privacy rights; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; or interfere with the Service's operation.

Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks, files, comments, and other content you upload to Workflo ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by Workflo and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand elements except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (billing obligations already incurred, intellectual property, limitation of liability) survive termination.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workflo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Workflo is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
