    Why can’t I see certain projects or tasks? 

    You likely don’t have the required role or permission level.

    • Request access from a Workspace Admin 
    • Confirm the project is not archived or moved 
    • Check if filters are hiding content 
  • Why can’t I log in?

    Common causes: 

    • Incorrect email or password 
    • Disabled account 
    • Social login provider (Google/Apple) blocked the request 
    • Browser extensions interfering with authentication 

    Fix 

    • Reset your password 
    • Try another browser 
    • Disable extensions like ad blockers or script blockers 
    • Contact support if your account may be suspended

  • Issue: Mobile app shows outdated data

    • Offline Mode enabled

  • Issue: Global search not returning results
