- Up to 10 full member seats
- 100 MB of storage
- Maximum of 5 projects and 100 tasks per workspace
- 1 custom field per workspace
- Chat history limited to 30 days
Business Plan #
The Business Plan is built for established organizations that require professional-grade project management and collaboration. It provides a balance of capacity and cost-effectiveness for larger teams.

Enterprise Plan #

Seats and User Management #
Full Member Seats #
A seat is required for each full workspace member. The number of available seats is determined by your subscription plan and can be adjusted when upgrading or managing your organization’s license.
Limited Access Seats #
Limited Access Seats are a separate pool for external contributors, clients, or restricted users who do not require full member capabilities. The default allocation is 500 limited access seats, providing significant flexibility for organizations that work with external parties.
Non-Profit Pricing #
Workflo offers dedicated pricing and support for non-profit organizations. If your organization is a registered non-profit, please contact the Workflo team to discuss available discounts and eligibility requirements.
Upgrading Your Plan #
You can upgrade your organization’s plan at any time through the organization settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and your team gains access to the expanded capabilities without any interruption to existing work.
To upgrade:
- Navigate to Organization Settings
- Select Billing & License
- Choose your new plan
- Complete the payment process

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades may take effect at the next billing cycle — please contact support for details.
What happens if I exceed my task or project limit on the Free plan?
You will be prompted to upgrade before you can create additional tasks or projects beyond the plan limits.
Are Limited Access Guests included in my seat count?
No. Limited Access Guest seats are managed separately from full member seats. Your plan includes a default allocation of 500 limited access seats.
Is there a trial of the paid plans?
