What Is Workflo? #
Workflo is a comprehensive project management and team collaboration platform designed to help organizations of all sizes plan, execute, and track their work — all in one place. Whether you are managing a small team of five or a large enterprise with hundreds of contributors, Workflo provides the structure, flexibility, and visibility your teams need to operate at their best.
Workflo brings together task management, communication, project tracking, reporting, and file management under a single, unified platform. Instead of switching between multiple tools, your team can do everything from assigning tasks to chatting with colleagues — without leaving the application.
Who Is Workflo For? #
Workflo is built for professionals and organizations that need to coordinate work across multiple people, projects, and departments. It is used by:
- Marketing and creative agencies managing campaigns, content production, and client deliverables
- Engineering and construction firms tracking project milestones and resource allocation
- Software development teams running agile sprints and managing backlogs
- Human resources departments coordinating hiring pipelines and onboarding processes
- Not-for-profit organizations managing programs, volunteers, and donor relationships
- Any organization that needs a structured, transparent way to get work done
Core Concepts #
Before diving into the features, it is helpful to understand how Workflo organizes work. The platform is built around a clear hierarchy:
Organization #
Your Organization is the top level of Workflo. It represents your company or institution and contains all of your workspaces, users, and billing information. Think of it as the home base for everything your company does in Workflo.
Workspace #
A Workspace is a dedicated environment within your organization — typically representing a department, business unit, or major area of work. For example, a marketing agency might have one workspace for client campaigns, another for internal operations, and another for new business development.
Project #
A Project is where work is organized and tracked. Projects live inside workspaces and contain sections and tasks. A project might represent a client campaign, a product launch, a hiring round, or any defined body of work.
Task #
A Task is the fundamental unit of work in Workflo. Each task can have a title, description, priority, due date, assignees, attachments, comments, subtasks, and more. Tasks live inside projects but can also exist independently within a workspace.
How It All Fits Together #
Organization
└── Workspace (e.g. Brand & Creative)
└── Project (e.g. Q3 Product Launch Campaign)
└── Section (e.g. Strategy, Content, Production, Live)
└── Task (e.g. Design social media asset pack)
This structure gives your organization the flexibility to be as simple or as granular as your work requires.
